Our philosophy incorporates deeply understanding a range of clients and making you feel as comfortable and understood as possible.
We offer our customers great care and attention to detail for a variety of hair types, which is the key factor in our hair analysis. We understand that everyone has different conditions and individual needs and so we make sure to cater to your needs and find solutions!
The first phase consists of a consultation where we look for methods to suit your requirements in the best way possible. Together we will look at the shape, texture, and colour of your hair.
We then analyze the structure and anatomy of your hair, along with the shape of your head and your individual bone structure. What is most important to us is that you, our customer, is satisfied and so the initial consultation may take up to 30min extra.
In every step of our work we pay careful attention and aim to avoid any error. Our shop will have a note in our computer system with all of your information, and the methods and formulas we use may be adjusted during the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd visit. Perfectionism and a happy client is the name of our game!
